The Coalition for Effective Change (CEC) was formed in 1993 as a non-partisan alliance of 30 associations representing current and former federal managers, executives and professionals. CEC provides a channel for these public employees to contribute to the success of government management. CEC works with representatives of the Office of Management and Budget, the Office of Personnel Management, Congressional Committee Staffs, members of Congress and others to discuss efforts to improve government.More information including CEC position papers can be found on the CEC website : effective-change.org.
